Q3) What is the MOQ?

A3) Mostly we sell from stock for normal items, you can buy any quantity unless it is customized-made.

Q4) Can you offer me a free sample?

A4) Yes, after price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

       Sample is free but the freight charge should be paid.

Q5) How long to get the sample?

A5) After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery

      in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days.

Q6) Can you send products  to my country? 

A6) Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can arrange for you. 

Q7) Can you do OEM for me?

A7) We accept all OEM orders, just contact us and give me your design, we will offer you a reasonable

      price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q8) How is your package?

A8) 0.45kg, 0.8kg, 15kg, 180kg in plastic / metal containers,

      adjustable according to customers’ requirements

Q9) How is the payment?

A9) T/T, L/C accepted. 30-50% deposit in advance, balance before shipment. 

Q10) How can I place the order?

A10) First sign the PI, pay deposit, then the production will be arranged. Goods will be shipped,

        after balance payment made.

Q11) What is the lead time for mass production?

A11) Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

        Generally it takes 3-14 days, upon order confirmed, and payment received.

        But we suggest that you start inquiry one-two months 

        products at your country.

Q12) When can I get the quotation ?

A12) Usually the quote is made within 24 hours after your inquiry reaches us.
