Packaging & Delivery Product Description Egood acoustic operable partitions are used to divide meeting rooms, conference rooms, restaurant and banquet halls etc., it provides convenient and effective space management solutions, the panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails, its has been extensively applied to hotel industry.

Egood offers products and service with the end user in mind. We build in features that provide benefits to the owner over the life of the partition. Features such as protective edge trim will keep your partitions looking good for many years to come.
The movable partitions consist of a series of interlocking flat panels and the fast set retractable top and bottom seals provide the easiest in-field operation, a simple half-turn of the waist high removable handle extends or retracts the sound seals.
The quick set retractable seals save the owner a great deal of time during setup and take down Time means money, especially for clients that rent their facilities for meetings and other functions.
Egood provides panel finishes such as melamine, fabric, leather, wood veneer, high-pressure laminate or other custom surfaces, panels also be supplied unfinished(raw mdf or plywood) for field decoration to compliment the building environment.

Curved corner joint for smoother push and pull.The track is equipped with guiding devices for automatic steering turn.With aluminum alloy edge covered, better with ceiling suited.High-strength steel with high load-bearing capacity.Load capacity 3500kg/m, suitable for partitions of 9 meters or more.

Egood's double,corrosion-resistant aluminum track systems are easy to install and easier to intain.Extruding enables each section to have a uniform shape for superior end-to-end alignment.Each capacity-certified track is of extruded architectural grade clear anodized 6063-T6 aluminum.

The panel is made of 15mm thickness basic board, and the connection is made of butt joints to make the sound insulation better. There are sound-insulating sealing strips on on both sides of the panel. PVC integrated molding strips are used to make the sealing of the door panels better and no noise.

Adopting continuous shaking top and bottom support system, the telescopic range is large, the top support force reaches 180KG,and the sealing performance is very good. There is a good adjustment height error function for the case where the ground level of the project is not level. the telescopic tail plate adopts the linkage mechanism, once in place, the maximum telescopic range is up to 450MM.

FAQ Q: What is the price for movable wall?
A: Our movable wall system is customized and the cost is caculated by total square meter.Different types have different prices.So we need you provide to us detailed dimensions like height by width,finish options,parking options to get a quote.We also need your layout drawing if possible.

Q: Is the movable partition wall acoustic (soundproof)?
A: Yes, our movable wall ystem is soundproof.We have different acoustic materials infill to reach different acoustic rating. And we are the only one factory who has passed ASTM acoustic test in HongKong and get acoustic Test report.For type 65 series we can reach 45db,for type 80 we can reach 48db,for type 100 wecan reach 53db.

Q: What finish options you have for partition?
A: We have several options.We can supply you bare MDF,bare plywood or gypsum board for your own decoration,We can also supply melamine laminate,high pressure laminate, wood veneer,fabric,PU and soon.It dependson your requirement.

Q: How to install the partition? Will it difiult to be done?

A: It is not difucult to installe our partitions.Our partitions are top supported system without any floor track inneed.So top
structure will be very important.We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how toinstall,so your people just need to follow them step by step.

Q: Can you send engineer to install? What will the cost be?
A: Sure.We have two options regarding the intallation.The first option is that we will send one engineer assupervisor.He will instruct your workers to do the job but won't do the installation by himself.The second option is that there will be two installers (at least two) to install movable walls. They will install the system by themselves. At the same time, they also need the asstance from local labour.

Q: Where is your office? Do you have officec in overseas?
A: So far we don't have office in overseas,our office is located in Nanhai Foshan city.But we have local distributor for some countries,you can kindly consult our people about the overseas distributor information.
