1) What's your warranty?

1. One year/100,000km quality guarantee for three key parts engine, transmission and engine, whichever comes the first.

 2. Other spare part could be supplied by OEM at cost prices.

         3. Regularly callback to know the vehicle's working status

 

2) What's the payment term?

    

T/T and L/C. Usually 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment , all by T/T, or 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance payment by L/C. Welcome to negotiate.

 

3) How long is the production time?

     

25

 days for truck chassis and tractor. 40-50 days for for dump trucks, mixer trucks, cargo trucks. 50-60 days for very special truck, such as crane truck, man lift truck.

 

4) How can I inspect my finished trucks?

    

After truck is finished, we will send you the pictures and videos of the finished trucks. Of course, welcome you or your friend to our factory to inspect the trucks. 

 

5) What shipment can I choose?

 

It depends to shipping lines to destination port. Here're popular shipments for your reference: RO RO, Bulk cargo vessel, Container, 40FR, Busdeck.
