4. According to the signed CPA by buyer and seller, upon confirmation of both parties' freight charges by the nominated shipping company, the shipping company then issue a copy of the vessel Q88 and Notice of Readiness (NOR).

5. Subsequent to Q88 and Notice of Readiness (NOR), seller commerce loading of the product into the charter vessel and issue all exportation documents to the buyer. Vessel sails to the buyer destination Port.

6.Upon the arrival of the vessel at the buyers discharge port, the buyer conduct Q&Q. Subsequent to the successful Q&Q report at the buyer discharge port, the buyer makes payments for the total product quantity via MT103
