2. How to get a sample?
Pohacee : Give us your foreign address and phone number by email or phone, and the basic info. of product like shape / size / weight /color etc., we will send to you at our earliest convenience, you just need to pay the express cost, sample is free of charge.

3. Can you do OEM order?
Pohacee : Yes, absolutely we can.

4. Can you make the charcoal as same as ours?
Pohacee : We cannot garantee currently, but of course we will do our best to make it close to, even same as to yours.

5. Can you print our designed logo / artwork?
Pohacee : Yes, we can.

6. If I don't have logo/artwork to provide to you, what will you print?
Pohacee : We will print our normal logo / colors. But before printing, we will send the artwork for your reference firstly.

7. Can we have the size of charcoal as per our actual needs?
Pohacee : Yes, Client can request the size of charcoal as per their needs, and informed us before making sample or production.

8. Can you shorten the production lead time?
Pohacee : We may adjust (shorten) the prodction lead time as per client's special request, according to the production line. As you might know, our production line is always occupied by orders, however, we will do our best to satisfy you!
