Product Description

This product is made from 12-hydroxy stearic acid lithium soap thickening deeply refined mineral base oil, adding anti-oxygen additive, antirust additive and molybdenum disulfide anti-wear additive to the base oil, and being subject to special process.

Product properties:

Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear property, so that abrasion of the mechanical friction part is reduced effectively;

The friction coefficient of the friction pair can be decreased, and the frictional resistance can be reduced;

Outstanding mechanical stability and oxidation stability, so that longer grease changing cycle can be ensured.

Grease Application:

1.This grease is suitable for high temperature and heavy-load equipment in metallurgical industry,

2.Also applied other devices in printing and dyeing industry, high capacity motor, kiln car and hot oil pump.

3.Application temperature range:-20°C to 120°C.

load trucks in extreme conditions such as high speed or heavy load.

2.Lubrication for rolling bearing, sliding bearing and other friction parts of mechanics such as excavator, crane,

loader in heavy load.

3.Lubrication for hub bearing, chassis, pump and generator of motor cars and other mechanical equipment.

4.Lubrication for concrete pump and concrete mixing station in construction industry.

5.Lubrication for rolling bearing, sliding bearing and other friction parts of mechanics.

Grease Usage Notice:

1. Position the grease in a ventilated, favorable temperature room. Protected it from dust and impurities after

open, close the drum lid after using.

2. Cleaning the parts of lubrication before using, don’t mix using with other

grease. If there is a little oil impregnate, blend it before using.
