Q: What's the mini order? A:Depends on model. Electric scooter/Hoverboard: 50-100pcs ATV/Dirt Bike: 30-50pcs Electric bike: 50-100pcs Normally, you can mix 2-3 different models together in one 20ft container, so you can get better price.

Q: How long is the delivery time? A:It will take from 20 days to 45 days depends on the model and quantity.

Q: Can I order spare parts? A:We have all the parts list available for our models,

Q: How about warranty ? A:Normally, one year for battery and motor, half of year for controller, it depends on the model.

Q:How about the shipping ? A:We can arrange to ship the container or you may have the forwarder.

Q: Is sample available? A:Yes, sample order is acceptable, there will be extra cost.

Q: What certificate do you have for ATV quad and dirt bike and ect? A:Our factory has ISO9001 , WMI, BSCI All ATV and and Dirt bike are CE available. 110cc 125cc 250cc ATV/Dirt bike with EPA approved. EN15194 is available for each Electric bike. CE, ROSH, LVD, MD... for Electric scooter and hoverboard.

Q: Could i use my own LOGO or design on goods? A:Yes. When you have a big quantity mass production order,we can use your own LOGO or your language manual, and etc.
