Large Volume 40FT Heating System Inside Carbon Steel Bitumen container 

 

The bitumen container is a special container for transporting liquid goods such as food, medicine and chemical products.It is installed in the fastening external frame.Most of the tanks have steam or electric heating, Inert gas protection, decompressor, And other optional equipments for fluid transportation during loading and unloading. 

 

Suitable for Storage of Hot Liquid Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsions  and Heavy Fuel Oils.

 A clear plastic document holder ø110mm is fitted to the rear right hand side beam.

A drain hole is provided at the lowest point.
Calibration
 A calibration plate marked in cm/litres is fitted on the spillbox side wall.

No calibrated stainless steel grade dipstick and bracket fitted.

Detailed Images
1.The cargo is loaded into the loading hole of the top of the tank, and when the cargo is discharged, the cargo hole is discharged or sucked out from the top.

2.On a standard tank container, there is a manhole and at least one valve on the top, a valve at the bottom.

3.The frame is made of rectangular steel, with high quality and light intensity.

4.It is suitable for asphalt / liquid goods such as food, medicine and chemical products transportation on the road and railway.
