Our storage silo are mounted on steel skids that bolt to concrete foundations. Our storage tanks have serpentine heating coils, liquid asphalt in the tank is indirectly heated by hot thermal oil flowing through the coils. The exhaust pipes are also serpentine in the tanks to be used to heat up the asphalt, which saves the fuel. A manway is located in the top of each compartment. An access ladder is provided on the outside of the tank and inside each compartment. Each compartment also has a combination vent and overflow pipe. An valve in the bottom of each compartment allows the tank to be completely drained.

All our tanks are covered with fiberglass insulation, temperature drop is no more than 10% of the atmospheric temperature changes in 24 hours.

The tanks are provided with bitumen pumps and unloading pocket so it can be easy used either loading your equipment or being recharged by a transport container.
