The home biogas plant is widely applied to treat food waste, human sewage, wastewater, animal dung and agricultural waste like grass, straw and leaves for home, restaurant, and small farm use, supplying biogas for cooking, lighting, heating water and generating electricity. 

 

A whole home biogas plant includes: a set of steel mould, a 1.0m3 gas-holder, a biogas transport system like pvc pipe and valves, a biogas purification system such as 1L desulphurizer and 0.6 dehydreator, biogas appliances (stove, water heater, rice cooker, lamp, room heater etc.), and small biogas power generators (1.5KW, 3KW).
  

 

The steel mould is composed of a number of steel mould boards. By using a steel mould, a home biogas plant can be built within two days, or build 150 sets in a year. The steel mould is reusable and can be used for building 4m3, 6m3, 8m3, 10m3 and over 10m3 biogas plant
 over 2000 times, lasting over 15 years. The glass-fiber reinforced plastic gas-holder is in 1.0 m3 size that is one of the main components of the home biogas plant, and it can last over 10 years.
