Packaging & Delivery Transformer Oil is made of special refined low-viscosity mineral base oil and well-chosen anti-oxidant. Without Polychlorinated Biphenyl(PCB), it is suitable for insulation and cooling for transformer, oil immersed switch and other insulation device of electrical appliances.The product comprises several grades such as 10, 25, 40, 45 according to its low temperature performance.

Product Description Performance Feature:

1. Excellent electrical insulation performance, high breakdown voltage, which can effectively prevent the discharge phenomenon and power loss of the high-voltage electric field.

2. Good thermal stability and oxidation stability, prolong the service life of electrical equipment.

3. Lower viscosity, providing effective cooling and heat transfer

Application:

It is used for transfomers below 330kv and oil immersed switches, The products are good to be used as the insulation and heat conduction medium for the electric equipment, such as transformer,
transformer and casing, and it's also suitable to be used as insulation and arc extinguishing medium for oil circuit breaker.

Notice:

1.Do not mix the product with other oil in use.

2.Prevent dirt particles and water penetrating into the product during transportation and storage

3. To avoid oil emulsion, transformer oil's containers, including their pipes, must be strictly separated from other containers.
Also, they must to be damp-proof or be sealed from exposure to moist air.

4.During use, the oil temperature should be prevented form being too high, should be kept below 85 degrees.
