2. How much waste per day?
Please inform us the quantity of the waste per day. We could help you figure out the gas production from the waste per day. And then we suggest the volume of the digester tank.
For example, you could inform us the quantity of the pigs in your pigsty.
We suppsoe there are 500 sow pigs.
Daily Feces of the sow pigs is 3Kg per day. So, 500×3= 1500Kg pig manure per day.
22.23Kg pig manure produce 1 m³ biogas. 1500Kg÷22.23= 67.5m³ biogas.
We would prefer suggest the 150m³ biogas plant for this solution on the condition of 25~30 degrees Celsius.

For Generating eletricity, 1m³ biogas produce 1.5KWH eletricity.
