Overview:                                                                                                               

Description: This product is made of refined base oil, thickened by fatty acid lithium soap thickener, added with many kinds of additives, for instance, antioxidant and antirust etc. This product produced under special cycling grease making process.

 

This grease is a fluid multipurpose grease for the long- term lubrication at normal temperatures and high loads.

The grease is formulated using the unique co-crystallizing additives, thus this product has excellent properties of EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear), water resistance, anti-rust, antioxidant, and has a great capacity of heavy load or impact load.

was especially designed for friction points subject to high loads, e.g. rolling
bearings, plain bearings, guides, threaded spindles and other highly
stressed machine elements.
This universal lubricating grease is used for the lubrication of highly loaded, oil-tight spur and bevel gears (e.g. gear motors, small gears), worm gears with steel/steel material combinations and denture clutches.

 

This grease also suit-able for the lubrication of linear guides, e.g. in machine tools, as well as in assembly and conveyor sys-tems equipped with central lubrica-tion installations.

 

This universal lubricating grease

can be ap-plied through the usual applications systems (e.g. spatula, grease gun), or through central lubrication instal-lations and metering systems. The grease is approved by numerous manufacturers of central lubrication systems.

   This product is NO poisonous; no need special protection different from general greases.
2.     
   For new reduction drive, cleaning after 24 hours running-in with N32 machine oil, then add this semifluid grease. For used reduction drive, can add this semifluid grease directly after cleaning. And if it’s difficult to clean the used reduction drive, can also add this semifluid grease directly after releasing the old grease.
