Battery Quality Control:

Our lithium battery is 21700 LEP lithium battery, the same as Tesla.
When under pressure, it can effectively prevent explosion, it is very important for user safety.

Speed Test:

Usually, for racing electric motorcycle, if customer have speed requirement, we will check it before package.Below is a V6 samples, speed can reach above 140km/h.

Quality Checking:

Each bike, before packing. Our QC will check each details.For example, the ZS model, checking more than 14 parts in room. Besides, for racing motor, we also check the speed.
After Sale Serice

Warranty and Service:

1. Warranty: Battery, controller and motor for 6 month, other accessories for 12 month.

2. Except the motors, batteries, controllers, and steel frame that are not easily damaged, in order to avoid damage during transportation, we will deliver an additional set so that it can be replaced after receiving the bikes. The quantity delivered is 1% of the total quantity purchased.

3. After sale service: · The warranty period on the quality of the products, we will send new accessories, and the product cost by our company, shipping charge by customer.

Remark: The following situcation cannot enjoy the warranty. 1. Product was not normal use. 2. Abnormal conditions. 3. Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse and change. 4. Products of normal wear and trear. 5. Beyond the warranty time. Packing & Delivery Package:

Usually, FCL shipping. we will remove the handle and the front wheel for saving packaging volume and make full use of the container space.
