The 10ft offshore reefer container is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with /refer to requirements of the
following latest editions standards and regulations.

2.1 DNV standard for certification No.2.7-1(offshore containers) 2013/ EN 12079:2006- Offshore containers
Design, construction, testing, inspection and marking.
2.2 Refer to ISO/TC-104
6346 Coding, identification and marking (the third edition 1995)
1496/2 Specification and testing thermal containers (1996 edition)
1161 Specification of corner fittings (1990 edition/ Cor.1.: 1990)

 

All units are stackable where deck space or yard space is at a premium. The units are fitted with integrated forklift pockets for ease of load/unload.

All materials used in the construction are suitable for extremes of temperature range from -20°C to 50°C
without effect on the strength of the basic structure.

A mechanical refrigeration unit will be fitted to the front end frame. Performance and parameter of the unit

GUARANTEE

1 Paint guarantee

Five (5) years and be based on standard “RE 3” of the “European degree of rusting standards”. Normal

wear/tear, or corrosion caused by fish oil, animal and vegetable oils, strong solvents, impact and accident is

excluded.

The warranty shall be applied faults or failures affecting more than 10% of the painted surface.

 

2 Decal guarantee

Seven (7) years.

 

3 Other guarantee

All containers are guaranteed by the manufacturer against any defects or omissions in construction, poor

workmanship, and defective materials should be for a period of one (1) year after being accepted.

Any damages caused by mis-handling, mis-securing, mis-loading, impact and any accidents relating from bad

practices are excluded.
