1. About Sample: How could I get a sample? 

We have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery cost, then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are 15% extra on the pricelist. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.

4. About Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?

If there is any broken not made by human being, Please send us video and picture, we will check which part is broken, then we will send you free spare parts.

If the broken made by human being, we can sell you spare parts to repair it. but you pay shipping cost.
