The mining locomotive structure is mainly divided into the following parts:
1. Diesel Engine ZS1115 direct injection diesel engine is the power engine, which is installed at the front of the locomotive. In addition, the diesel engine also drives the DC generator, providing power for lighting, horn signal and protection device.
2. Locomotive

5. Brake device
The locomotive brake device uses the bar linkage mechanism to make the brake band compress the brake wheel to produce friction resistance, so as to achieve the brake purpose. The two axles of the locomotive are equipped with brake wheels, and the brake belt is fixed on the frame and connected with the lever mechanism. When the brake handle is pulled, the lever mechanism drives the brake belt to press the brake wheel to produce friction force and stop the locomotive.

The gearbox of the locomotive is of four - axle type, with three speeds for front and rear. The handle on the shift lever of the gearbox can move up and down. When it is lifted, the positioning lever is pulled out of the positioning hole, and the shift lever can push the fork to change direction. When the reversing lever is pushed in right place, the handle will be automatically reset by the spring. If the top of the handle is flat, it means that the reversing gear has been engaged. If the top is uneven, it means that it has not been engaged. It should be pulled out again.6. Cooling and Purification Device
