Pretreated biomass is converted into high temperature fuel gas after taking pyrolysis gasification reaction with air in fluidized bed gasifier. Heat value of fuel gas is higher than 1,100Kcal/Nm³.Most ash in the fuel gas will be removed after high efficiency cyclone, then hot fuel gas will be sent into industrial furnace/boiler/dryer to combust compeletly in kiln/boiler/dryer. Produced energy can be used for different technics or output in the form of heat(steam or hot smoke).
