Top Discharge Assembly		4.4A DN80 stainless steel 316 tank pad with 95mm hole fitted with a DN80 flanged butterfly valve terminating with a bolted blind flange. A 3”/DN80 siphon tube is fitted under the butterfly valve.The assembly is fitted off centre on a horizontal recessed tank pad.
Bottom Discharge Prov.		4.6A Fort Vale 45°partly machined closed tank pad is fitted for future fitting of a bottom discharge assembly.
Spillbox		2-off Stainless steel 304 2,5mm thick boxes fitted around Manhole-DN133 filling / 10” Bursting Disc / Relief valve/Breather (Centre) and Top discharge / Air inlet Provision (Rear). Each box is equipped with 2_off DN 25 surface mounted PVC drain tubes fitted to rear end of box.3mm Aluminium chequered plate lids fitted with an opening angle of 180°to the front.
Frame Details
Type		Full frame beam design ISO 1496/3 (1CC) with hollow section bottom rails. Rear bridge to be 25K type.
Corner castings		ISO 1161 8-off in total
Top rails		Top rails are integrated in frame design.
Protection  Top		4-off per tank, 1 per corner on top rail and header
Bottom		Raised bottom rail, front and rear sill.
Ladder(s)		1_off 300mm wide stainless steel square tube with antislip rungs fitted to the rear end right hand side. The ladder will not be painted. Fastenings to be stainless steel.
Walkway		1-off full length longitudinal and 2-off transverse 475mm wide aluminium type (F-Style). Walkway supported off top rails and end frames using stainless steel fastenings with nylock nuts and welded to prevent theft.
Handrail		1-off full length St/St collapsible handrail is fitted to outside of  RHS longitudinal walkway section.
Earthing Protection		1-off stainless steel lug fitted to rear end bottom of frame.
Painting		Carbon steel shotblasted to Sa 2½ profile.

---Two feed inlets,bigger manhole covers, 2 NOS. pressure vent valves( breather valve) , at the end of the bottom , DN80 dump valve(discharge valve). Screw of Openings and valves adopt stainless steel screws, single coaming board on the top of tank Molybdenum red reflective tape;

---Framework is made of High quality steel, each one ladder at 

back and forth. With two acid resistant tube, two 4kg fire extinguishers.
