Our Warranty 1.Erasable parts are not covered by the warranty
Easy-wear parts include: tires, belts, sandpaper, boards, belt guards, drive shafts, drive shaft rubber sleeves, etc.
2.The e-board is conditionally guaranteed for one year
Within one year from the day you receive the goods, the e-board frame assembly is damaged due to quality problems and we will replace it for free. If the product needs a warranty, please take a photo or video of the part that needs warranty, and send it to [email protected] in the form of graphics so that we can evaluate the warranty parts, and then someone will contact you. Electronic parts warranty for 6 months, including: motor, controller, remote control, battery, etc.
3.The e-board failure caused by the following reasons is not covered by the warranty
(1) Damage caused by human factors and collision during driving.
(2) Unauthorized disassembly of the e-board and its components.
(3) Damage to the slide due to water ingress.
(4) Change the warranty labels with permission.
(5) Damage to the e-board caused by the failure to operate in accordance with the instructions.
4.It is recommended to replacing the lubricating grease every 500 kilometers in the rubber sleeve of the transmission shaft. In order to extend its service life, damage caused by incorrect maintenance and incorrect use will no longer cover the warranty.
FAQ 1.How old should I be to use an Cycleagle board?
It requires some skills and sense of balance to control the board, so children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use it.
2.How fast is the electric skateboard?
It tops speed is 25mph, or close to 40kph. You can adjust its speed with the controller:
Novice mode: less than 10mph(16kph).
Intermediate mode: less than 19mph(30kph).
Extreme speed mode: less than 25 mph(40kph).
3.How do I brake?
To slow down you needs to push back the trigger for the controller.
4.Is the Cycleagle waterproof?
It is not waterproof. So we do not recommend driving it over puddles or on rainy days. And don't wash your skateboard with water.
5.Can I ride the Cycleagle on the beach?
You can ride on a hard beach but stay away from the sea.
6.Can I ride the board up hills?
You can ride in the mountains, but climbing for a long time will greatly consume electricity. Cycleagle cannot be used for longdistance downhill.
7.How many kilometers can it last?
About 19 miles（30 kilometers）
8.Is it road legal?
Electric skateboard are not allowed on the roads in many countries. Please check local laws and regulations before going on the road. Cycleagle takes no responsibility for you riding in an illegal manner.
9.Are the batteries changeable?
Yes, our batteries can be quickly replaced and the battery pack can be quickly replaced with 20 seconds with a simple unit.
10.What is the maximum weight for an electric skateboard rider?
