Tank container is a stainless steel pressure vessel installation the fastening external framework. the tank liner mostly adopted 316 stainless steel . the majority of tank are with steam or electric heating device, inert gas protection device.
Design proposal for the 20feet ISO tank container:
1,Net capacity: not less than 20cubic; Shell of tank container Materials using Wisco Q235 High quality carbon steel 6mm baffle;

2,Two feed inlets,bigger manhole covers, 2 NOS. pressure vent valves( breather valve) , at the end of the bottom , DN80 dump valve(discharge valve). Screw of Openings and valves adopt stainless steel screws, single coaming board on the top of tank Molybdenum red reflective tape;

3,Framework is made of High quality steel, each one ladder at back and forth. With two acid resistant tube, two 4kg fire extinguishers.

Packaging & Shipping
1,Our  products are packaged in nude or in accordance with the requirements of the customer.

Steel plate  We used high quality steel plate which used in the tank has a unique number so that we can do the whole tracking.

 Rolling  stainless steel and carbon steel are used different Rolling Machine, to prevent steel pollution

Welding    Our welders must have senior welder certificate, and their certificate examination according to the "boiler and pressure vessel, pressure pipeline welder examination and management side" or "field equipment, industrial pipe welding engineering specification for construction and acceptance of" GB50236

Install The inner tank and the outer tank are  respectively welding,then welded together.

Vacuum pumping The inner tanks must be done vacuum testament for a week after Helium leak detector test.
